Why I chose to support SickKids Foundation
When Patrick was a baby, he had plagiocephaly or a "flat head" . We went to the orthotics clinic at Sick Kids who treated him with cranial orthotic therapy, which required monthly visits for 7 months, and the result was a beautiful, round and symmetrical head. The level of care he received was tremendous and he wanted to give back to other kids who need advanced and specialized treatment of all kinds at Sick Kids.
Why I chose my gift(s)
Patrick loves science and learning. One day he hopes to be an astronaut like his hero, Chris Hadfield.
