Why I chose to support SickKids Foundation
Kristina's brother Adam (and I) spent a week at Sick Kids and without the hospital he might not be here now. Both have gone there for casts and other illnesses. Every year at Christmas time we bring small toys to Sick Kids for their treasure trunks and with my bakery Patricia's Cake Creations we have done toy and money drives for this amazing hospital.
Why I chose my gift(s)
She knows that it's an expensive experience and was lucky to have done it on her 6th birthday. It's a magical experience! The photo from her invitation is from that makeover! Disney World is our special place as it was a promise I made to Adam when he was in Sick Kids hospital that I would take them there! Every time we go we celebrate health! Memories are forever vs. a mountain of toys!
