Why I chose to support Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation
I just recovered from a 9 week stay at this hospital. I was born with Super Powers that are different from other kids and sometimes I need surgery to be as strong as I can be. I fell in love with the nurses, clowns and staff who took care of me here. It is an amazing place - so amazing that I didn't even want to go home! (That says a lot for a hospital! :) I want all the kids at this hospital to continue to have the best care in Canada!!
Why I chose my gift(s)
My mom remembered how much I loved going here when I was smaller! She wanted me to have something extra special for my birthday after spending over 2 months recovering from a painful surgery in hospital. She was right. It was the best birthday a 5-year-old could ask for!!
