Why I chose to support Make-A-Wish Canada
Audrey likes the idea of helping other kids, especially those who are sick and aren't well enough to play and go to school, like she can. Audrey has had many of her wishes granted and she wants to help other kids get their wishes as well. Her parents like how ECHOage empowers Audrey to help others and build empathy, while still enabling her to get a great birthday gift from her friends and family.
Why I chose my gift(s)
Audrey loves science and learning. Her parents prefer to buy her experiences vs. objects whenever possible, because toys can break, be lost and fall out of favour. Experiences last much longer and help her grow her mind, while exposing her to all the world has to offer.
